FARA ARRL Field Day Information

ARRL Field Day is the most popular on-the-air event held annually in the US and Canada. On the fourth weekend of June, more than 35,000 radio amateurs gather with their clubs, groups or simply with friends to operate from remote locations. FARA sets up a variety of equipment and antennas for each annual ARRL Field Day event.

FARA operators cover several bands and modes, scoring well among clubs of our size.  A cook-out is held in conjunction with field day.  In 2023, we will be operating on June 24-25 from the Morse Pond School on Jones Road in Falmouth.  We will be using our communications trailer with generator power, operating SSB (voice), CW (Morse Code), and Digital modes.  The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.  We will have a Get On The Air (GOTA) station available for the public to make radio contacts.  Check FARA Field Day 2023 for more information.
